Sino-British college cultural week - Writing Brush Art Creation
On June 12th, Sino-British College launched the third activity of Sino-British college cultural week - brush art creation. The college invited five teachers to show us the “art” of Chinese calligraphy with brush. In the appreciation of the works of the masters, foreign teachers and college students also actively participate in the creation, and carry out friendly cultural exchanges. They benefit a lot from this activity.
After the teachers show their calligraphy works, all the foreign teachers and students gasped with admiration at the beauty of Chinese culture.
Foreign teachers are trying to write Chinese characters with brush according to their own unique views on Chinese calligraphy.

This is a teaching and exhibition of writing brush calligraphy. It is also a cultural exchange between countries. At the end of the activity, Li Jianqiang, the vice president of the Calligraphy Association of the university, presented a piece of work to each foreign teacher. Li Zhengyi, the associate dean of the college, explained the profound connotation behind each piece of work which amazed the foreign teachers. They also expressed their gratitude to the teachers.
This Sino-British college cultural week - Writing Brush Art Creation activity was held successful. We believe Chinese calligraphy had left a deep impression on every participant .
